Join Art Instructor Liz Winter at Blackrock Farm for a relaxing Saturday morning workshop of pencil and charcoal drawing. This workshop is welcome to all abilities and artistic levels. Instruction will be held on the picturesque farm located in Kennebunkport Maine which includes horses grazing, curated greenhouses & beautifully constructed stone walls & sculptures. Drawing workshop will be held in one of the beautifully lush greenhouses. The green house provides a creative cocoon for all participants to make in. The perfect location to find inspiration and channel creativity.

Liz will demonstrate basic drawing techniques and work with all participants on creating a finished still life drawing. Participants will be using drawing pencils and charcoal crayons on paper. A still life will be set up for artists to work from, but participants are encouraged to work freely in the greenhouse.

Materials needed for Workshop:

-Drawing pad of paper

-drawing pencils

-Drawing board or easel

-a positive attitude and creative spirit!

Provided:

-location, still life materials and setup

-Drawing technique instruction

-charcoal and conte crayons

-Artist erasers
